Private investigator working on missing girl’s case has new theory about her disappearance

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A private investigator working on Melodee Buzzard’s case has a new theory about her disappearance.

9-year-old Melodee went missing out of California last month. She was last seen along the Utah/Colorado border.

Bill Garcia, a PI, said he’s been working with Melodee’s aunt on her case since the beginning.
