A recent post on social media has raised concerns about an extremely aggressive male spotted at the downtown Seattle Library. The individual was described as wearing a light grey hoodie and exhibiting inflamed or red skin. He was reportedly grunting and screaming at people, attempting to block people on the street, and trying to instigate fights with anyone in the vicinity. The person who posted the warning described a frightening encounter with the man, who followed and yelled at them for approximately 30 seconds.
