Andy I. Uruchima Lema, 21, of Allentown, was pronounced dead at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem at 10:56 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25, according to the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office.
He had been riding in the front passenger seat when the vehicle crashed in the area of the 1800 block of Flint Hill Road at approximately 9:15 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 24, investigators said.
An autopsy was completed Friday at the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office & Forensic Center. The cause and manner of death remain pending further investigation…
