Watervliet, NY (WRGB) — A Watervliet man is facing multiple charges after police say he drove under the influence with two children in his vehicle following a domestic incident Monday.
Watervliet police responded to reports of a domestic disturbance near 2nd Avenue and 18th Street around 8 a.m. on November 24. While investigating, officers learned a man had left the scene in a vehicle with two children under the age of 16 and was believed to be intoxicated.
Police located the vehicle a short time later near 23rd Street and Route 787 and conducted a traffic stop. Officers say the driver, 41-year-old Fabyan Morocho, showed several signs of intoxication before being taken into custody…
