RICHMOND, Va. — The chilly temperatures that arrived this Thanksgiving will get reinforced with colder air into Friday and Saturday, as High pressure builds in from the northwest. That ridge of High pressure will shift offshore later in the weekend, giving us a slight but brief reprieve from the chill Sunday, along with a few late day showers.
Under clear skies overnight into Friday morning, low temperatures will fall into the upper 20s to around 30 for RVA.
It will be a mostly sunny and cold day Friday, with highs only in the low to mid 40s, and gusty winds from the northwest will bring wind chills in the 20s to low 30s at times, especially early in the day…
