NYS changes medicinal marijuana regulations

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – New York state has passed a new law that will change regulations for medicinal marijuana. State officials said the changes will make medicinal marijuana more accessible to patients no matter where they’re from.

New York will soon begin accepting out-of-state medical marijuana licenses. It’s all part of Senate Bill S3294A, recently signed by Governor Kathy Hochul, that would make it easier for in-state and out-of-state patients to access the care they need.
