POWESHIEK COUNTY, Iowa — Iowa State Patrol identifies the victim in a fatal pedestrian-involved crash on Tuesday evening.
The agency said the pedestrian, Nicholas Quintero, 36 of Toledo, Ohio, was in the second lane along I-80 going west near mile marker 202.
