ROCK RAPIDS—A 34-year-old Rock Rapids man was arrested about 5:25 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, on charges of malicious prosecution and false report — 911 call.
The arrest of Adam Michael Javers stemmed from him calling 911 and stating another Rock Rapids motorist was operating while intoxicated without reasonable grounds for thinking the man committed the offense, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
