RESIDENTS are asking for help after they face a nearly $500 monthly fee from their Homeowners Association.
In early November, residents of a condo complex received a shocking letter informing them of rising fees.
Resident Denise Holden of the Bavington complex in Las Vegas, Nevada, said she thinks the condo complex is becoming unaffordable with the rising fees.
“I absolutely know that they can’t afford this increase,” Holden told ABC affiliate KTNV…
