TEANECK, NJ — Four people have been charged in connection with an armed carjacking and robbery that occurred in August.
Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrests of Emmanuel Almonte, 34, of the Bronx, New York; Jender A. Santos Ulloa, 23, of the Bronx, New York; Marolyn E. Mosquea Fernandez, 23, of the Bronx, New York; and Armando Cuevas Cepeda, 21, of the Bronx, New York.
