BLADEN COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons (NCCMP) has issued a silver alert for 71-year-old Sharon Dunn Elkins.
NCCMP says Elkins is believed to have been headed toward Tarheel, NC, after leaving her residence in White Oak, NC.
