North Little Rock police provide details on Gum Street shooting

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – North Little Rock police have released new details into a Thursday afternoon deadly shooting that happened on Gum Street.

According to investigators, officers who responded to reports of a possible shooting arrived to the 3600 block of Gum Street to discover 51-year-old Charles Timothy Standridge of North Little Rock with a gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.

During the investigation, police say they were able to develop a suspect who was interviewed by detectives.
