WASHINGTON (7News) — Black Friday shoppers should brace for a brisk day, as a COLD ALERT is in effect.
Despite mostly sunny skies, temperatures are expected to peak only in the 40s, with wind chills making it feel like it’s in the 20s and 30s.
Northwest winds will blow at 10 to 20 mph, with gusts reaching 25 to 35 mph, adding to the chill.
