Midvale man arrested on Thanksgiving for allegedly starting fires, second time this month

MIDVALE, Utah (ABC4) — A local man was arrested on Thanksgiving after allegedly setting two fires in a field. This was his second arrest for starting fires this month.

Erwing Alfredo Rico, 37, was arrested on Nov. 27 on charges of arson with damage over $5000 and providing a peace officer false personal information. He was also arrested on Nov. 7 on one count of reckless burning with failure to remove nearby flammable material…
