‘A little more each day’; Dad of Mt. Spokane student injured in crash says son is making strides

SPOKANE, Wash – A Mt. Spokane High School student injured by a suspected drunk driver last week is making strides in the hospital, communicating with his family through hand gestures.

Brody Three Stars’ father Rio updated his son’s condition, which was posted on an Instagram page Friday.

” It’s a crazy world where I had a boy that was dunking (a basketball) a week ago and now I’m excited he could eat an ice chip,” Rio Three Stars said. “Progress is progress. Here’s to a little more each day. He was able to put his own socks on today.”

Brody Three Stars is a junior at Mt. Spokane and plays basketball and baseball…
