Sparks Police responded to reports of a shooting after receiving multiple 911 calls in the area of Greenbrae Drive and Los Amigos Drive on Thursday evening.
As officers arrived on scene, they found one victim with a single gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital. The victim is receiving treatment, but it is unclear what condition they are in.
