The latest Operation Keiki Shield sweep resulted in the arrest of three men accused of arranging to meet and have sex with individuals they believed to be minors.
“Our mission is simple: protect Hawaii’s keiki and hold accountable anyone who seeks to exploit them,” said Edward Arias, supervisory special agent and Hawaii Internet Crimes Against Children task force commander. “Operations like Keiki Shield remind the community that law enforcement is working together every day to prevent harm, identify victims and stop offenders before they can reach a child.”
