Two industrial properties in Perry Township sold for $1.5 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
The properties are at 4918 Southway St. SW and 4944 Southway St. SW. RGS Real Estate, which has a Canton address, purchased them from 4944 LLC.
The transfers cover Nov. 1 to Nov. 7.
