COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – Forbes named several Ohio-based companies on its annual list of “America’s dream employers,” or workplaces offering strong pay and desirable benefits.
Forbes released its second annual report on Nov. 18, after partnering with the market research firm Statista to survey 10,000 college students and 140,000 employees at companies that employ at least 1,000 people.
Students identified their dream employers and rated them on factors such as growth opportunities and reputation. Employees did the same and also evaluated their current employers on criteria including wages, benefits and working conditions…
