Fayetteville’s Bella Nonna, a beloved Italian food trailer, announced on Facebook earlier this month that they were closing at the end of December after a series of events made it impossible to continue.
But on Nov. 17, owner Robert Kalish announced to Bella Nonna’s 5,000 followers on Facebook that instead, they plan to shift the focus to catering.
“We couldn’t even afford electricity at the house,” he told the Observer on Nov. 17 in explaining the challenges he faced after his truck broke down. “I was running the power (to) our house from the generator (on) our food truck.”…
