Travis Brown, 30, was first arrested when officers responded to a physical domestic in the 400 block of Garden Drive at approximately 9:35 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 27, according to police. The investigation found that Brown strangled and physically assaulted an adult female household member, the release detailed. He was transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing and a preliminary arraignment.
Brown posted bail later that night, officers said.
