The Osceola County Clerk of the Circuit Court & County Comptroller now offers passport services at the Osceola County Courthouse in Downtown Kissimmee. Residents can apply for passports locally instead of traveling to other processing centers.
Passport applications are accepted at 2 Courthouse Square. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The office processes new passport applications, takes passport photos for a fee, and helps with required documents. Applicants need a completed DS-11 form, proof of U.S. citizenship, a valid government-issued photo ID, and photocopies of both. For children under 16, both parents or legal guardians must be present, or provide consent paperwork.
The Clerk’s Office accepts and submits passport applications. The U.S. Department of State processes them. Routine processing takes about 8 to 11 weeks.
