LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A blustery morning couldn’t stop hundreds of shoppers from taking advantage of Black Friday deals at Tanger Outlets in Lancaster County.
“We did really see an uptick in traffic earlier this week, we have some amazing deals that’ll be happening, and we really do expect to have an outstanding day,” said Monica Trego with the Outlets.
