(FOX40.COM) — Thousands of people gathered at Cal Expo Friday afternoon for the first day of Sacramento’s annual Hmong New Year celebration. Organizers said it’s one of the largest cultural festivals across the entire country.
FOX40 attended the event to experience this milestone event. This year marks 50 years of Hmong resettlement in the United States.
