A Rancho Cordova incident escalated into an arrest following a Highway 50 crash on Monday. Local authorities were dispatched to the eastbound off-ramp at Mather Field Road, where they encountered a severe case of vehicular mishap intertwined with personal violence. The male driver, identified as 32-year-old Tran Long, was detained for questioning following the crash.
