In a recent incident, a dog was found trapped outside in the cold in NE. The canine was discovered with its leash stuck in the pavement, appearing neglected and possibly abandoned. The person who found the dog reached out to Brandywine SPCA, an organization that typically handles such situations, only to be told that they could not respond until the following morning. With freezing temperatures posing a significant threat to the dog’s wellbeing, the individual took to social media, seeking advice on other emergency services that could assist in this situation.
