The DOT’s Queen City Forward public outreach campaign is now underway, starting with a public meeting on Tuesday, December 2.
The East Side Parkways Coalition is asking the community show up to an initial “listening session” by the NYSDOT, speculating that the DOT is intending to further their agenda to “maintain vehicular capacity” on Humboldt Parkway.
Intended to demonstrate the DOT’s intentions to move forward with a “re-envisioned Kensington Expressway (State Route 33),” the listening session is an opportunity for the community to get a head start in being part of the initial conversation, instead of being in a constant state of catch-up mode…
