Cincinnati wealth management firm sells stake to national company

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A growing Cincinnati financial planning and wealth management firm has sold an ownership stake to a New York-based company that backs investment management businesses.

Rosselot Financial Group, based in Anderson Township, has sold a minority stake in the firm to Merchant Investment Management, which provides growth capital and resources to independent wealth and asset management firms.
