YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A local tattoo shop is kicking off a holiday special featuring deals to benefit a York County food pantry.
Twisted Mad Hatter Tattoo in Etters is participating in Black Friday and Small Business Saturday by giving back and paying it forward. The parlor is hosting an event with $50 flash tattoos, gift card deals, and food trucks to encourage donations to New Hope Ministries.
