The City of Knoxville is moving forward with its Bicycle Facilities Plan and has entered a new phase seeking input from residents on cycling infrastructure. The updated plan focuses on addressing gaps in existing bike paths. According to a recent social media post by the City of Knoxville – Government, this phase follows an earlier round of community feedback collected through a public meeting and an online survey.
