CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland Division of Police received a ShotSpotter alert to respond to East 109th Street and Elk Avenue early Saturday afternoon.
When officers arrived, they received an update that the 28-year-old victim had driven himself to the 400 block of East 108th Street.
