KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Kansas City families received more than just a hot meal during a community breakfast that aimed to provide hope for the holidays.
The Soul of Santa “Do Good” Foundation hosted its seventh annual free community breakfast, offering families not only food but also brand-new winter clothing, financial education, and health resources.
“We want them to feel emboldened, empowered, encouraged, uplifted when they leave here,” said Dennis Powell, executive director of the Soul of Santa “Do Good” Foundation.
