A newcomer to the area recently visited the Finley Wildlife Refuge and was captivated by its beauty. They thought it would be a great place for a run and took to social media to ask if running was allowed in the refuge. They had come across a 2013 article stating that jogging was prohibited and wanted to know if this was still the case.
