The Carlisle Police Department arrested two men following a shooting that occurred early Nov. 27, 2025, outside the Gingerbread Man Restaurant in Carlisle.
Police were dispatched at approximately 2:10 a.m. to the restaurant, located at 5 S. Courthouse Ave., for a reported shooting. Officers found a vehicle near the front of the restaurant that had been struck by gunfire and was parked in close proximity to bar patrons.
Investigators reviewed surveillance video from nearby locations and interviewed multiple witnesses. Police believe the shooting was targeted and stemmed from an earlier altercation at the restaurant…
