HERSHEY, Pa. (WHTM) — Deal hunters were able to start their search early at the Tanger Outlets in Hershey on Black Friday.
“Select retailers, they opened at 5 a.m. but the rest of the center opened at six,” said Bob Ancharski, the outlets marketing director.
