A Hilton Honors member since 2016 recently shared their disappointing experience with the hotel chain on social media. The user had made a reservation at the Graduate Hotel in New York City from December 12 to 15 to attend a Saturday Night Live show with friends. The group had booked flights from Kansas City for the occasion. However, the Graduate Hotel was unexpectedly closed on November 25, and the user received no notification about the closure. The user is now struggling to find an alternate hotel as prices have skyrocketed and availability is scarce. The user also mentioned that Hilton has not been helpful in assisting with rebooking and has not offered to honor the original rate booked months ago.
