In a bid to bolster animal welfare operations, the City of El Paso is reaching out to its citizens for input on how to best steer its Animal Services department. Through a newly launched Community Survey, El Pasoans now have an impactful window until the end of November to contribute their perspectives and suggest improvements for the city’s animal shelter, outreach programs, and the overall transparency of these services.
