Cruso, N.C. — As western North Carolina heads into another Code Purple night, Blue Collar Relief, a nonprofit formed because of Helene, continues to serve people in need, giving out items to help people stay warm through the winter months.
Chris Grigg, a volunteer with the organization, says he wants people to know that they’re still out here.
Grigg says that Blue Collar Relief won’t be on site Sunday, Nov. 30, but that they’re available 24/7 for emergencies and to serve people who reach out to them…
