BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Birmingham Fire and Rescue Services are on the scene on an overturned tanker truck on I-59 at I-65 in downtown Birmingham.
The truck is reportedly leaking, and a hazmat response is on the way. BFRS confirmed there was a fatality in this incident.
