FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — Both directions of US-421 are closed at Mile Marker 221 near Macy Grove Road due to a vehicle crash, according to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
The left lane is closed past exit 221 and is causing high impacts to traffic.
