West Michigan Winter Weather Advisory: Lake-Effect Snow Continues Through Sunday Evening

Grand Rapids, MI – The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for portions of west and southwest Michigan, where periods of lake-effect snow will continue through 7 p.m. Sunday evening.

The advisory covers Mason, Oceana, Muskegon, Ottawa, Allegan, Van Buren, and Kalamazoo Counties, including Ludington, Holland, South Haven, Grand Haven, and Kalamazoo. Forecasters expect 1 to 4 inches of additional snow, with locally higher totals possible under stronger snow bands.
