LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Workers at Third Street Coffee and Stuff are organizing to form a union, saying they want better working conditions and more input in workplace decisions.
Aubrey Smith, who is leading the unionization effort, said employees feel their perspectives are not being utilized effectively by ownership.
