A new independent bookstore, La Cultura, has recently opened its doors in Sacramento. The bookstore, which is not yet listed on Maps, was discovered by a local resident on their way to Lil Joes. Located at 2021 Del Paso Blvd, right next to Sammie’s, La Cultura has been in operation for a couple of weeks. The store boasts a good selection of books and art, all sourced from local artists. The owner, Richard, is a bit older and not very familiar with social media. However, he has shared plans to host book signings and poetry nights at the store.
