Delaware State Police arrested Danielle Marshall, 48, of Tampa, Florida, on November 28, 2025, in Bear, Delaware. Police say Marshall tried to use a fake New Jersey driver’s license and another person’s bank card to change account information at a Citizens Bank on Fox Hunt Drive. Bank staff recognized her from an earlier attempt at another branch and notified police.
Troopers arrested Marshall as she left the area. She faces a felony identity theft charge. She was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 11 and held at Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution on a $10,000 secured bond.
