CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Cedar Rapids Mayor Tiffany O’Donnell is calling on residents to rally behind local businesses after this weekend’s record-breaking winter storm left many shops struggling.
In a social media post, O’Donnell announced a new month-long initiative: every Saturday in December will be treated as “Small Business Saturday.”
