Road Rage Escalates to Gunfire and Multi-Vehicle Crash in Fort Worth, Suspect At Large

Fort Worth was shaken by a chilling incident late last week, when an episode of road rage escalated into gunfire and a multi-vehicle crash. As reported by FOX 4 News, two vehicles were involved in a pursuit along East Loop 820 near Sun Valley Drive, culminating in shots being fired and the injury of one individual on Thursday around 7 p.m.

The shooting led to a chain reaction, with multiple vehicles being caught in the chaos, one rolling over in the process—it was right before the holidays, when traffic peaks, vacations come to life, the streets throb with the pulse of people all seeking to get somewhere expeditiously but not always safely. Fort Worth police said the person wounded by gunfire was taken to the hospital; meanwhile, no arrests have been made in relation to the “road rage shooting”. The department has not released a description of the vehicle from which the shots were fired, with officer Daniel Segura urging witnesses to come forward: “We have someone that was shot, so we’re asking anyone to please come forward, tell us what you saw,” as per his statement to FOX 4 News…
