Crews rescue trapped horse in below-freezing temperatures

DEVNER (KDVR) — While enduring below-freezing temperatures, crews were able to rescue a trapped horse near Ault, according to a social media post from the Ault-Pierce Fire Department.

On Sunday, around 2:24 p.m., the Ault-Pierce Fire Department responded to a report about a horse that was trapped after falling into a large ditch.

When the crews arrived, they discovered that the horse was uninjured.
