Near the end of 2024, the Boise resident ran a marathon on trails around the city, meditating on what he wanted out of the next stage of his life. By age 45, he’d owned a gym, pivoted to an online fitness coaching business and lived in Hawaii for a few years before moving his family of six to Idaho early in the COVID pandemic.
