Boulder police clock 2 drivers over 90 mph on Thanksgiving, cite nearly 30 more

DENVER (KDVR) — Boulder police officers are making sure that motorists entering their jurisdiction this holiday week know that speeders will be caught.

On Friday, the Boulder Police Department shared in social media posts that traffic officers cited nearly 30 drivers throughout the day on Thanksgiving for speeding.

Then, two speeders who were traveling over 30 and then over 40 mph over the posted speed limit were clocked by officers overnight. One motorist was traveling at 103 mph, according to the police agency, while another was traveling at 91 mph…
