La Niña conditions will keep Southern California mostly dry through early December, even as an offshore flow and gusty Santa Ana winds bring warmer temperatures Monday.
“We’re going to see some really nice weather,” KTLA meteorologist Henry DiCarlo said. “Almost two separate forecasts today. Those of you in Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties are a little bit different than Orange County, the Inland Empire, San Diego County and the High Desert.”
